Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2026

Seniors and disabilityFebruary 2026 consultation:

Cumberland City Council is conducting the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2026, and we would like your feedback!

If you have used Council's Seniors and / or Disability Services in the past year, we would appreciate it if you take some time to complete the survey below. This will help us to improve our services in the future, and ensure that you receive the best experience possible.

You may have received a copy in the mail, if you prefer you can complete that and post that in to the Council instead of completing it online. You can also download a copy of the survey in the Document Library and either email or post it in.

Submissions are open from Monday 2 March 2026 to Monday 30 April 2026.


To complete the survey:

Submissions on the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2026 are to be made by Monday 30 April 2026.

There are three ways you can lodge a submission:

  1. Complete an online survey below.
  2. Download a copy on the document library and email it to council@cumberland.nsw.gov.au.
  3. Post your survey to The General Manager, Cumberland City Council, PO Box 42, Merrylands NSW 2160.
