Cumberland City Council is giving notification of the proposed Draft Compliments and Complaints Policy 2026. The Draft Policy will be exhibited for a period of 28 days.
This policy outlines and establishes Council's framework for Compliments and Complaints handling, to ensure that all feedback received by Council is addressed promptly and fairly through a transparent and consistent process.

The consultation period runs from Monday 20 April 2026 to Monday 18 May 2026. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 5pm Monday 18 May 2026.
