Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Cumberland City Council gives notice of its intention to grant a three (3) year Lease Agreement, with a further two (2) year option, to Wentworthville Tamil Study Centre (ABN 43 062 675 091) in respect of the former Girl Guides Hall located within Jirramba Reserve, Junia Avenue, Toongabbie NSW 2146.

The purpose of the Lease is to enable the provision of community support services and related community activities for the benefit of the local community, consistent with the categorisation of the land as General Community Use.
