In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 and Division 3.4 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, notice is hereby given that Cumberland City Council, in its capacity as Crown Land Manager, proposes to grant a five (5) year Licence Agreement to Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited (ACN 092 536 519) over Granville Park, comprising Lot 1 DP 1170952 and other Crown land parcels forming part of Granville Park, located at 2 Montrose Avenue, Merrylands NSW 2160.

The proposed licence is for the purpose of sporting, recreation and associated purposes.
