Cumberland City Council is inviting the community to provide feedback on the Draft Operational Plan 2026-2027 and Draft Fees and Charges 2026-2027.
The Draft Operational Plan outlines the actions, services and programs Council plans to deliver over the coming financial year. The Draft Fees and Charges document sets out proposed prices for Council services and facilities. We encourage you to download a copy of these documents from our document library.
These documents form part of Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework and demonstrates how Council will progress priorities identified in the Community Strategic Plan 2025-2035 and Delivery Program 2025-2029.
Your feedback will help Council refine the final documents.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community and would appreciate your feedback on the Draft Operational Plan 2026-2027 and Draft Fees and Charges 2026-2027.
The consultation period runs from Friday 27 March 2026 to Thursday 23 April 2026. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal.
Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 11pm Thursday 23 April 2026.
