Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a three (3) year Lease Agreement, with a further two (2) year option, to The Girl Guides Association of New South Wales (ABN 21 366 241 150) in respect of the land identified as Lot 2 in DP 619940, located at 9-13 Ettalong Road, Greystanes NSW 2145 (known as the Wentworthville / Pendle Hill Guide Hall).

The purpose of the Lease is to allow the continued operation of Girl Guide activities at the site, including but not limited to non-formal education programs, values-based training in life skills, decision-making and leadership.
