Notice is given that Council proposes to dedicate land as a public road under sections 16 and 17 of the Roads Act 1993. The land proposed for dedication comprises a portion of unformed road reserve located adjacent to 10 Ruby Street and 19–21 Edgar Buggy Street, Guildford NSW 2161.
The purpose of the dedication is to regularise the status of this parcel of unformed road reserve.
The subject portion of unformed road reserve is bounded to the west by Lot 57 DP 5191 and Lot 560 DP 632519 (10 Ruby Street), and to the east by Lot 381 DP 632882 and Lots 39 and 40 DP 5191 (19–21 Edgar Buggy Street). The land is bounded to the south by Duck Creek and to the north by Edgar Buggy Street and surrounding industrial premises. Access to the site is available from Edgar Buggy Street only.

The consultation period runs from Monday 20 April 2026 to Wednesday 20 May 2026.
During this period, any person wishing to make a submission is encouraged to provide their feedback on the proposal. Submissions must be made in writing and received by 5pm on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
