Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a five (5) year Licence Agreement to JOLT Charge Pty Ltd (ABN 31 627 377 780) in respect of the land identified as Lot A in DP 163069, located at 6 Taylor Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141, being the carpark adjacent to Remembrance Park.

The proposed Licence would allow the installation and operation of an electric vehicle charging station and associated advertising on the charging unit or any approved additional structures, in accordance with the site-specific Licence Agreement.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community and would appreciate your feedback on the Proposed Granting of Licence - 6 Taylor Street, Lidcombe NSW 2144 (Carpark Adjacent to Remembrance Park).

The consultation period runs from  Friday 1 May 2026 to Friday 29 May 2026.

During this period, any person wishing to make a submission is encouraged to provide their feedback on the proposal. Submissions must be made in writing and received by 5pm on Friday 29 May 2026.
