Temporary Deferral of Local Infrastructure Contributions 2024

On 1st May 2024, Council resolved to temporarily defer the timing of local infrastructure contributions (Section 7.11 and 7.12) payment that is usually required to be paid prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate.
