Proposed Licence Agreement
Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given that Cumberland City Council as the Trust Manager of the Linnwood Estate (R1031568) Reserve Trust, proposes to grant agreements for a term of up to five (5) years:
- A Licence Agreement to Sunnyfield (ACN 000 415 127) for the purpose of providing support services to the community; and
- A Service Agreement to Friends of Linnwood (ABN 29 898 374 838) for the purpose of managing Linnwood House, including the use of rooms and associated areas as currently permitted.
The land subject to the proposed agreements includes Linnwood House (Friends of Linnwood), and Faulds House and the Dormitory buildings (Sunnyfield), located within Linnwood Estate (Lot 50 in DP 1322629), Byron Road, Guildford NSW.

The consultation period runs from Wednesay 9 September to Thursday 8 October 2026.
During this period, any person wishing to make a submission is encouraged to provide their feedback on the proposal. Submissions must be made in writing and received by 5pm on Thursday 8 October 2026.
