Proposed Licence Agreement

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Cumberland City Council gives notice of its intention to grant a two (2) year lease, with a further one (1) year option, to Boronia Multicultural Services Inc (ABN 30 161 954 001). The proposed lease relates to Lot 39 in Deposited Plan 667025, known as 10A Octavia Street, Toongabbie NSW 2146, located within Girraween Park.

The lease is proposed to support the ongoing operation of a migrant service centre serving the local community.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community and would appreciate your feedback on the Proposed Granting of Lease – 10a Octavia Street Toongabbie NSW 2146.

The consultation period runs from Wednesay 9 September to Thursday 8 October 2026.

During this period, any person wishing to make a submission is encouraged to provide their feedback on the proposal. Submissions must be made in writing and received by 5pm on Thursday 8 October 2026.
