Cumberland Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting a drainage easement through Council’s Reserve in favour of the property to be developed at 135 Toongabbie Road, Toongabbie NSW 2146 (Lot 39 in DP 837421). The easement will permit the legal disposal of stormwater into Council’s stormwater system through Council’s Reserve (Greystanes Creek Reserve, Lot 44 in DP 837421) in accordance with Development Application DA2025/0871.
The proposed easement is to be granted in perpetuity and will occupy an area of approximately 10.97 m² within Cumberland Council land. The remaining 1.46m² of the easement falls within Blacktown Council area (Lot 80 in Deposited Plan 837421), bringing the total easement dimensions to 1.2 metre in width and 10.6m metres in length, resulting in a total area of approximately 12.72m².
