Cumberland Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting an easement through Council’s Reserve in favour of the property to be developed at 9 Ringrose Avenue, Greystanes NSW 2145 (Lot 28 in DP232355). The easement will permit the legal disposal of stormwater into Council’s stormwater system through Council’s Reserve (Lance Cres Reserve, Lot 32 in DP232355 and Lot 1 in DP535405) and is required both to satisfy the drainage requirements of the applicant’s Complying Development Certificate and to enable Council to issue the associated Section 68 approval for the proposed works.
The land affected by the easement is within Lot 32 in DP232355 and Lot 1 in DP535405, which forms part of Council’s larger landholding and will occupy an approximate area of 52.2 square metres (1.2 metres in width and 43.5 metres in length) for a term in perpetuity.
