Acting under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Cumberland Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting a drainage easement through Council’s Reserve in favour of the property to be developed at 285 Excelsior Street, Guildford NSW 2161 (Lot 101 in DP 1037431). The easement will permit the legal disposal of stormwater into Council’s stormwater system through Council’s Reserve (Victor Brazier Park, Lot 32 in DP 241618) in accordance with Development Application DA2024/0262.
The land affected by the easement is within Lot 32 in DP 241618, which forms part of Council’s larger landholding and will occupy an approximate area of 92.16m² (1.2 metre in width and 76.8 metres in length) for a term in perpetuity.
