Public Exhibition - Planning Proposal for 2 Percy Street, Auburn (PP-2/2017)

Cumberland Council invites you to have your say on the Planning Proposal for 2 Percy Street, Auburn. The proposal is on public exhibition fromWednesday, 17 July 2019 to Sunday, 18 August 2019.

The landowner and proponent for this proposal is the Gallipoli Education Solutions Limited.

The Planning Proposal seeks to facilitate the redevelopment of an industrial site for the purpose of a school. This will help cater for the growing school-aged population in Auburn and the wider Cumberland Community.

The Planning Proposal involves the following amendments toAuburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 as it relates to the subject site:

  • Introduce ‘educational establishment’ as an additional permitted use (schedule 1 amendment)
  • Apply a 12 metre height of building control (currently there is no height of building control for the site)
