Proposal Overview - Grant Lease for Federation Cottage 42 Lane Street Wentworthville
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) Cumberland City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to grant a five (5) year Lease Agreement to Community Migrant Resource Centre Incorporated (ABN 89 786 937 360).
The Lease pertains to Lot 17 Section 1 in Deposited Plan 963, known as the 'Federation Cottage' within Lytton Street Park, 42 Lane Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145.
The purpose of the lease is to facilitate community support services for the benefit of the local community.
