Westmead South - March 2024 update

The Draft Westmead South Master Plan and Planning Proposal was reported to the Cumberland Local Planning Panel Meeting for advice on Wednesday 27 March 2024.

Woodville Road Corridor Planning Proposal Update

Additional planning work and technical studies have been undertaken to inform an amended Woodville Road Corridor Planning Proposal. March 2024 - Guildford Laneway update

Work on the Guildford Laneway mural is well underway.

Construction has also started, and smart tech in laneway will be progressively rolled out during construction stage
Harold Moon (Mona Park) March 2024 Update

The project includes Design and Construction for the play space upgrade at Mona Park Harold Moon Playspace. Upgrade of Play equipment, rubber soft fall seating, drinking fountain and landscape works.
Alderson Park February 2024 update

The park upgrade for Alderson Park, Merrylands, commenced on 15 February 2024. The construction upgrade will includes the installation of play space facilities, a half basketball court, and outdoor gym equipment.

The project is expected to be completed by mid-May 2024 (weather permitting).

February 2024 Update - works extended
Due to the unforeseen circumstances works to complete the new stormwater infrastructure under Addlestone Rd near the intersection with Merrylands Road will be delayed and are expected to be completed by the end of May 2024 (subject to weather).

The following works have been completed:
