Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2025

Seniors and disabilityCumberland City Council is conducting the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2025, and we would like your feedback!

If you have used Council's Seniors and / or Disability Services in the past year, we would appreciate it if you take some time to complete the survey below. This will help us to improve our services in the future, and ensure that you receive the best experience possible.

You may have received a copy in the mail, if you prefer you can complete that and post that in to the Council instead of completing it online. You can also download a copy of the survey from our document library and either email or post it in.

Submissions are open from Monday 10 February to Monday 14 April 2025.


To complete the survey:

Submissions on the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2025 are to be made by Monday 14 April 2025.

There are three ways you can lodge a submission:

  1. Complete an online survey below.
  2. Download a copy of the survey from the document library and email it to council@cumberland.nsw.gov.au.
  3. Post your survey to The General Manager, Cumberland City Council, PO Box 42, Merrylands NSW 2160.
