December 2023 consultation:
Acting under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Cumberland Council is giving notification of the proposal of granting an Agreement for Lease, and a Separate Carpark Licence Agreement for a period of 21 years to Hoops Management Pty Ltd (ABN 31 652 491 382) (Lessee) for the use of part folio identifier 1/581438 being Building B of the Auburn Basketball Centre, Wyatt Park, Lidcombe NSW 2141.
