Apply for a licence to occupy our Community Hub Office Spaces
Council is inviting tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced community-based organisations to enter a two (2) year license agreement for the use of office outreach spaces.
These office space/outreach facilities are within three of our Local Government Areas:
- Auburn Centre for Community,
- Guildford Community Centre, and
- Wentworthville Community Centre.
The EOI will run for approximately seven (7) weeks from Thursday 28 November 2024 to Friday 24 January 2025 (taking into consideration Council’s closure period).
NOTE: Council will be closed for the festive season starting on 23 December 2024 and will reopen on 6 January 2025.
Briefing Sessions
As part of the EOI process, it is mandatory for those who wish to submit an expression of interest to attend a briefing and inspection session.
There are two pre-tender briefing and inspection session dates available:

- Tuesday 14 January 2025

To submit an application for licence:
Applications are to be made by Friday 24 January 2025.
- Organisations will need to first register for free with eProcure
- Email the Tendering team to schedule a pre-tender briefing / inspection
- Detailed information is now available on the eProcure website.
Late submissions will NOT be considered.
