October 2024 consultation:
Council maintains a network of eight libraries with a wide range of resources available for all ages. We are committed to providing great customer service and would like to know how well we are doing with our existing services.
To help us improve our services in the future and better assist you with your needs, please participate in the short online survey on our current library services.
The consultation period runs from Tuesday 1 October 2024 to Friday 15 November 2024. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on their experiences with the Library.

We offer several services as our libraries including membership and borrowing, computers and internet, access to research databases, and information from local studies and family history. See the Council website to find out more about our library services.

To respond to this survey:
Survey responses must be submitted by Friday 15 November 2024.
There are three ways you can lodge a submission:
- Complete an online submission below.
- Download a copy of the survey from the document library and email a completed version to council@cumberland.nsw.gov.au.
- Post a completed version of the survey to The General Manager, Cumberland City Council, PO Box 42, Merrylands NSW 2160.
