That is why we have refreshed our 2025/26 Community Grants Program to better reflect what matters most to you.

Whether you want to create connected communities, neighbourhoods where everyone feels seen and supported, or a place that celebrates its rich culture — now’s your chance to turn passion into impact.

Round 1 is now open and closes Monday 8 September 2025, at 5pm.

The funding streams include:

Safer Communities – Make your neighbourhood safer and stronger.

Connected Communities – Bring people together and build a sense of belonging.

Education Access – Open doors to learning for all ages and backgrounds.

Event Support – Celebrate what makes our community unique.

Hardship Assistance – Support young people facing tough times in school or sport.
