Request for Tender for the Federation Cottage located at 42 Lane Street, Wentworthville
Cumberland City Council (Council) is inviting tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced community-based organisations to enter into a five (5) year lease agreement for the use of the “Federation Cottage” (‘Cottage’) located at 42 Lane Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145.
The EOI will run for approximately four (4) weeks from Tuesday 8 July 2025 to Friday 8 August 2025.

Expressions of Interest are to be made by 5pm Friday 8 August 2025.
- Organisations will need to first register for free with eProcure.
- Email the Tendering team to schedule a pre-tender briefing / inspection.
- There are two dates available for the site inspections: Wednesday 16 July 2025 and Wednesday 23 July 2025 - bookings are essential.

NOTE: Tender applications for respondents who do not attend the mandatory pretender briefing / inspection will not be considered.
