Consultation on the Eric Tweedale Stadium Fees and Charges has closed

July 2021 consultation:

Cumberland City Council is giving notification of the proposed fees and charges for the new Eric Tweedale Stadium.

At the Cumberland City Council meeting on Wednesday 21 July 2021, it was resolved that Council:

1. Place the new Fees and Charges on public exhibition for 28 days and report back to Council on the outcomes.

We encourage you to review the resolution in the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 21 July 2021 (see item 7).

During this community consultation period, the residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Submissions close on Tuesday 24 August 2021.

Revised Fees & Charges

The below are the proposed fees and charges recommended for public exhibition for the gym and function room.

* A seasonal membership for sportsground seasonal hirers can be negotiated with the Executive Manager Recreation and Facilities or delegate.

* When services or facilities are requested which are not covered in this document, or reduced rental rates during off peak, the Manager Recreational Assets or delegate will determine an appropriate price.

To Make A Submission on the Proposal:

Submissions concerning the above proposal are to be made by Tuesday 24 August 2021.

There are three ways you can lodge a submission:

1. Complete an online submission below.
2. Email it to Council@cumberland.nsw.gov.au
3. Post it to The General Manager, Cumberland City Council, PO Box 42, Merrylands NSW 2160.
