Cumberland City Council is conducting the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2021, and we would like your feedback!
If you have used Council's Seniors and / or Disability Services in the past year, we would appreciate it if you take some time to complete the survey below. This will help us to improve our services in the future, and ensure that you receive the best experience possible.
You may have received a copy in the mail, if you prefer you can complete that and post that in to the Council instead of completing it online. Submissions have been extended to 11pm on Sunday 6 June 2021.
To complete the survey:
Submissions on the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2021 are to be made by 11pm on Sunday 6 June 2021.
There are three ways you can lodge a submission:
- Complete an online submission below.
- Download a copy of the survey from the document library and email it to email@example.com.
- Post it to The General Manager, Cumberland City Council, PO Box 42, Merrylands NSW 2160.
