April 2021 consultation

Cumberland City Council is conducting the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2021, and we would like your feedback!

If you have used Council's Seniors and / or Disability Services in the past year, we would appreciate it if you take some time to complete the survey below. This will help us to improve our services in the future, and ensure that you receive the best experience possible.

You may have received a copy in the mail, if you prefer you can complete that and post that in to the Council instead of completing it online. Submissions have been extended to 11pm on Sunday 6 June 2021.


To complete the survey:

Submissions on the Seniors and Disability Annual Customer Survey 2021 are to be made by 11pm on Sunday 6 June 2021.

There are three ways you can lodge a submission:

  1. Complete an online submission below.
  2. Download a copy of the survey from the document library and email it to council@cumberland.nsw.gov.au.
  3. Post it to The General Manager, Cumberland City Council, PO Box 42, Merrylands NSW 2160.

There will also be a number of focus groups run during this period where you can provide more detailed feedback. The focus groups will be held from 10.00am -11.30 am, light refreshments will be provided. The locations include:

  • Merrylands - Tuesday 11 May 2021 
  • Wentworthville - Thursday 13 May 2021 
  • Auburn - Monday 17 May 2021 
  • Pemulwuy - Tuesday 18 May 2021 
  • Granville - Thursday 20 May 2021 
  • Regents Park - Friday 21 May 2021 

 Your valuable views will be used to help us review and plan our services. Your feedback will be collated and will feed directly into Councils reporting framework. Please be assured that anything you say during the focus group will be kept strictly confidential, and that the facilitator will not release any information that can be linked to you.
