Regents Park Public Domain Concept Plans

Council is partnering with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) to establish a multifaceted approach to active transport and public space placemaking that supports place specific and complementary initiatives to improve the vibrancy, safety and connectivity in and around the Regents Park Library precinct. 

The Concept Plans show the landscape design intent and layout for this Precinct.

There are also plans for a mural outside the library and the community hall buildings. You can download a copy of the art mural concepts from the document library. The mural has been submitted for a DA and is subject to approval.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community, and would appreciate your input on the concept designs for the Regents Park Library Precinct. Community members were encouraged you to view the concept designs for the Regents Park Library Precinct from our document library.

For general comments and feedback

Please see ‘Give Your Feedback’ section below, where you can submit your feedback. The opportunity to provide general comments on our Have Your Say site ran from Monday 2 June 2025 to Monday 30 June 2025. 

During this community consultation period, and residents were encouraged to provide feedback on the concept designs. Submissions were open until Monday 30 June 2025.

The exhibition period for the NSW Planning Portal was open until Monday 30 June 2025.
