Proposed Licence Agreement

Under Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Cumberland City Council proposes to grant a five (5) year Licence Agreement to Auburn Soccer Sports Club Ltd (ABN 89 000 391 346) in respect of the land identified as Lot 4 Section 16 DP 192307, being the Hall and Soccer Field Number 2 at Progress Park, located at the corner of Wellington Road and Chisholm Road, Auburn NSW 2144.

The purpose of the Licence is to allow soccer training, matches, and associated activities, including administrative use connected with the operations of the soccer club.

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community and would appreciate your feedback on the Proposed Licence Agreement - Progress Park Auburn (Hall & Soccer Field 2).

The consultation period runs from Wednesay 10 June to Wednesday 8 July 2026.

During this period, any person wishing to make a submission is encouraged to provide their feedback on the proposal. Submissions must be made in writing and received by 5pm on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
