November 2019 consultation:
Council invites you to have your say on a Planning Proposal Request received for 106-128 Woodpark Road, Smithfield. The preliminary consultation for this proposal is fromTuesday, 12 November 2019 to Wednesday, 11 December 2019.
The following planning controls are proposed to be changed:
- Amending Schedule 1 (Additional permitted uses) of the Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 2013 to allow for shops, office premises and business premises as additional permitted uses for the site,
- Amending the height of building (HOB) control for a portion of the site from 20m to 29m.
