Consultation has concluded
Council invites you to have your say on its Planning Proposal and Voluntary Planning Agreement for land at 20-22 Dressler Court, Merrylands.
The proposal seeks to facilitate the construction of four additional storeys on the south-east portion of Building 3. This is sought to be achieved via the following amendments to Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 2013:
- Increase the height of building control from 39m (12 storeys) to 50m (16 storeys) for the south-eastern portion of the site
- Increase the floor space ratio from 3.5:1 to 3.66:1 on the eastern portion of the site.
A public benefit offer has been made in accordance with the Cumberland Voluntary Planning Agreements Policy.
