October 2019 consultation:

The Planning Proposal for 100 Woodville Road, Granville will be considered at Council's meeting on 4 December 2019. Cumberland Council invited you to have your say on its Planning Proposal for 100 Woodville Road, Granville. These documents were on exhibition fromTuesday, 1 October 2019 to Wednesday, 30 October 2019.

The site is currently occupied by a convent used by the Missionary Sisters of Australia. The proposal seeks to facilitate the redevelopment of the site for a new, larger convent and seven new two-storey townhouses.

The following planning controls are proposed to be changed:

  • Rezoning the site from R2 Low Density Residential to R3 Medium Density Residential,
  • Amending the height of building (HOB) control for the site from 9m to 12m,
  • Amending the floor space ratio (FSR) control for the site from 0.5:1 to 1:1.
