  Progress Park Upgrade - September 2025 Update

  Cumberland Council is currently upgrading the facilities at Progress Park, this facility will be closed to the general public and sporting groups as works commenced on Monday 1 September 2025. A new soccer field will be constructed. Fields 1 and 2 will undergo reconstruction with new LED floodlighting, a modern central controlled irrigation system and field drainage. Works will be completed mid 2026.

  Progress Park Upgrade - July 2025 update

  Cumberland City will commence work on the Progress Park Synthetic Field Kibo Reserve Playground Upgrade Project on Monday 1 September 2025. Work is expected to be completed in late July 2026, weather permitting. The upgrade works will include the installation of a new synthetic field and the reconstruction of two other soccer fields and landscaping.
