The Merrylands Civic Square (MCS) project is well underway.

Stage 1: (located between McFarlane Street and Main Lane

• Structural footings for the pre-cast wall commenced.
• Jets and Water feature work commenced.
• Drainage, water and electrical conduits have been installed.
• Concrete has been poured for the canopies’ footings and foundations.
• Two new bus shelters have been installed adjacent in McFarlane Street adjacent to the MCS site.

Stage 2: between Main Lane and Merrylands Road

• Drainage, water and electrical services have been installed
• Brick walls of buildings on both sides (east and West) rendered and painted
