Strategic Cycleway - Corridor 12 - Parramatta to Toongabbie

Have Your Say on the proposed Parramatta to Toongabbie (via Westmead, Wentworthville and Pendle Hill) Cycleway Design.

Council invites you to give your feedback on the proposed Corridor 12 cycleway design from Hawksbury Road, Westmead to Toongabbie Station (via Westmead, Wentworthville and Pendle Hill) as outlined in the Cumberland Walking and Cycling Strategy.

The project includes an combination of an on-road cycleway and shared path . The corridor will provide a dedicated space for people riding bikes and encourage active transport between these locations. To facilitate the proposal, the proposed works include installing cycleway line marking, new signage and shared paths. No changes to parking are proposed

Council values the opinions and suggestions of the community, and would appreciate your input on the proposed corridor 12 cycleway design from Parramatta to Toongabbie (via Westmead, Wentworthville and Pendle Hill). Your comments are important in the decision-making process.

The consultation period runs from Tuesday 31 March 2026 to Friday 8 May 2026. During this community consultation period, residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the proposal. Anyone who wishes to provide feedback on the proposal must do so in writing by 5pm Friday 8 May 2026.
