- Entering an EOI – I am no longer permitted to create bookings for Clubs. This is for insurance purposes and making sure Clubs are held responsible for noncompliance of the Terms and Conditions and not myself.
- Season Dates – While the season dates are fixed, clubs may nominate their preferred start and end dates within the specified range.
- Fees & Charges – Please note Fees will be increased on 1 July 2026. Fees can be found here: https://www.cumberland.nsw.gov.au/fees-and-charges
- How To Guide and Terms & Conditions – The ‘How To Guide’ (new) and Terms & Conditions are online through the Cumberland Sports Clubs Portal.
- No Group EOIs – For any venue with more than 1 field, each field is to have its own EOI. For example, Ted Burge has 2 fields, so that would be 2 submissions.
- Mini Fields – Must be entered separately to a senior field for pricing purposes.
- Floodlights – Please indicate floodlight requirements in your EOI. This does not guarantee access or confirm booking. Pricing will be listed as TBA.
- Public Liability Insurance – A valid Public Liability Certificate, with $20 million coverage, must be uploaded with your EOI and list Council as an interested party.
- Renovation & Upgrade Works – Projects may be announced after allocations are confirmed and could affect field/building access or season start dates. Council will provide updates as early as possible. Any changes to bookings (e.g. waivers, refunds, relocations) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Soccer / League / Union Fields – Limited availability as Summer sports have precedence for allocations.
- Cricket – Limited availability as Winter sports have precedence for allocations.
- Night Cricket – Most venues do not meet required standards. Proceeding with night cricket is at the hirer's own risk and discretion if submitting an EOI.
IMPORTANT
- Final seasonal hire allocations are determined by Council’s Executive Manager City Operations, with consideration to principles of equity, historic hire and field capacities.
- Any late applications for seasonal hire or change requests will be determined on a case by case basis with consideration to the above. Please note that there is no guarantee of approval for any EOI submissions or change requests submitted after the deadline.
- Clubs with any fees owing over 90 days, regardless of the amount, may not have their EOIs approved if fees owing have not been paid in full by the closing date of Winter EOIs.
